I have spent my career working at the point where technology, organizational growth, and leadership development meet. West Point and the U.S. Army shaped the earliest version of my leadership philosophy, and that foundation has guided me through every chapter since. What began as formal training became a lifelong study of how people lead, how teams function, and how cultures either unlock or suppress potential. That curiosity has carried through academic research, executive roles, and years spent helping companies scale with clarity.
